How To Use

FRUIT JUICE KICK

Some find the taste of vinegar (even ours!) a bit strong to begin with. A great way to get into the habit of taking apple cider vinegar regularly is to add a dash to some fresh fruit juice, then build up to a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to juice or water.

Cloudy, pulpy juices generally contain more nutrients, fibre and are less likely to contain sweeteners. Fresh orange juice is an obvious place to start, but there are tonnes of juices available that can provide a great vitamin hit.

Tip: Be careful of the sugar content and acidity. Try and follow a smoothie or juice with a glass of water, to balance the acidity in your mouth. Don’t brush your teeth right away as this can harm the enamel.
