Orders placed before midday on any working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays*) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday, or at weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

*Please note that the 17th March and the 12th July are Bank Holidays here in Northern Ireland, there will be no Royal Mail or DPD collections on these days.

Refunds and Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us on 0288 778 4345 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days to arrange a replacement or a refund.
If you wish to be refunded, you should post your unwanted item(s) back to us along with proof of postage. Please ensure you enclose your delivery note in the parcel and state clearly why you are dissatisfied. To enable us to process your request as soon as possible, please ensure you contact us first.
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used used to pay for the order or a cheque (including the cost of the return postage). Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show in your account.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you have any lost, damaged or missing products from your order then please contact us on 0288 778 4345 or email us email@example.com.
Lost or damaged parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date – we will not be liable should you fail to do this.
We take great care ensuring our bottles reach you in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged bottle, just return it to us and we will refund or replace it using the procedure mentioned above.
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products, including postage. Please contact us to arrange for your goods to be sent back to us.
