- Peel and roughly chop an inch of ginger and pop it into a mug.
- Fill the mug 3/4 full with boiling water and allow to steep for a minute or so.
- Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of Natural Umber apple cider vinegar.
