- Peel an inch of ginger and roughly chop it and pop it in a mug.
- Fill the mug 3/4 full with boiling water and allow to steep for a minute or so
- Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, a tsp of honey and a tablespoon of Natural Umber apple cider vinegar.
