Delivery and Returns
DISPATCH, CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48.
All orders to Ireland are dispatched via DPD. Allow 1-2 days working delivery.
Orders placed before midday on any working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays*) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday, or during weekends and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
Please include your mobile phone number for shipping updates.
* Please note that the 17th March and the 12th July are Bank Holidays in Northern Ireland. There will be no orders dispatched on these days.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you wish to be refunded, please return all unwanted item(s) to us using the address below, along with proof of postage. Please include any previously opened bottles, sealed properly and your delivery note. To enable us to process your request as soon as possible, ensure that you make contact first and include order details in the parcel.
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used (including the cost of return postage). Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show in your account.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Any lost, damaged or missing products from your order should be reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lost or damaged parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date – we will not be liable should you fail to do so.
We retain the right to request a return of faulty products, by recorded delivery to the address stated above, for the product(s) to be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given, including return postage.
